Introduction: Driven to exceed expectations of employer and customer alike. Es
tablished proven history of superior results in inventory management, customer s
ervice and retail store operations. A self-motivated fast-learner with little n
eed for direct supervision. Motivation is derived from the pride and deep satis
faction that come from "getting the right product to the right person at the rig
ht time." Work ethic evokes admiration of superiors, respect of peers and dedica
tion of subordinates. Trustworthiness is underscored by an FBI current full bac
kground investigation leading to award of a national security clearance.

Final position was Manager, Clearwater Marine Center with staff of 15, over 8,00

Transitioned to a unique corporate staff position with a similar nationwide comp

awarded every year for valued service to the corporation.
Was actively recruited to be the Sales Administrator of a small business startup
that wholesaled superior quality GPS accessories. The critical immediate need
was to process and fill all Walmart orders, the lifeblood of the young company.
Subsequently, established and operated a one-man central warehouse locally. No
additional staff was ever required. That in turn improved customer service and
reduced overhead by eliminating the need for the relevant support contracts.
As Warehouse Manager, verified goods received against invoices. Filled and ship
ped all dealer and individual customer orders. Standard turn-around was same da
y. Also responded to customer service queries. Commercial clients included Wal
mart, with over 2000 stores served directly, Bass Pro, and Cabela's sporting goo

insured through personal follow-up that they received the proper equipment when
and where it was needed. The contribution made to the combat safety of Special
Operations units in Iraq and Afghanistan is a point of immense personal pride.
During this time period, intermittently drove a limousine on the night shift for
supplemental income. Runs typically were between the northern Shenandoah Valle
y of Virginia and the airports of Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD. These run
s were all completed without incident or violation.
