Submit your 3 minute video documenting your international relocation experience. Upload your video to YouTube by 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 15, 2011 for your chance to win!
Here are the rules and guidelines: 1. ANYONE moving ANYWHERE international (defined as from one country to another country AND requiring a passport when applicable) in the period from June 15, 2011 to September 15, 2011 is eligible to submit a video. Contrary to the title, the move does NOT have to be to or from AFRICA! 2. Your web video should focus on your international move and should be

submitted in one of two categories: a. Hakuna Matata a move that was awesome or at least pretty good! b. Hapana a move that was not exactly your idea of how a move should go!
3. The same move cannot be submitted in both categories; 4. Videos MUST be submitted by the people who are moving NO VIDEOS ACCEPTED from moving companies or businesses! 5. NO COMPANY PROMOTIONS or mentions of any moving company, agent, or service provider can be made in any video; 6. NO EMPLOYER company names may be included without the EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION of a transferees employer;

Only entries uploaded electronically to YouTube in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Contest is open to all individuals and organizations, except employees of RSI Relo Inc., any affiliate organizations, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Entries must be original to entrant and not be submitted to or published by any other publication. By submitting entry to YouTube, entrant represents full rights to upload video content and that uploading video content to YouTube will not violate or infringe the rights of any third person, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. Winning entries may be published in any medium by RSI Relo Inc., or its affiliate organizations, without additional compensation to winner. Entries cannot be acknowledged and become the property of RSI Relo Inc. upon receipt. Submission of entries constitutes permission for RSI Relo Inc., or its affiliate organizations, to publish entry in any medium and use entrants email address and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion.

Selection of Winner: During the submission period, contestants must first upload their videos to YouTube using their own YouTube accounts, then notify RSI Relo, Inc. by email at movemangroup@rsirelo.com that their video has been uploaded. RSI Relo, Inc. will add qualified entries to its YouTube Channel. Video entries will initially be judged by viewers expressing their Likes on YouTube, but RSI Relo, Inc. reserves the right to judge and award prizes to the ultimate winners. In doing so, RSI Relo, Inc. will evaluate the most popular videos for their quality, creativity, humor, originality, persuasive strength and/or inspiring nature. If deemed that videos fall short of qualifying for an award or placement in a category, the placement and/or prize(s) for that category may not be awarded.International winners will be selected by September 30, 2011 at 11:59 pm (PDT) and will be notified by electronic mail on or about October 1, 2011. The decision of the judges is final in all matters. Winners must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within five (5) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected. Furthermore, winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within five (5) days from the date it was sent. Prizes: If selected as one of the international relocation video contest winners in each category, you will receive a check or wire in the amounts listed for first, second and third place, and will have your work published on RSI Relos Facebook page and/or web site, and other affiliate organization publications; assuring increased awareness of your move experience. Contest winners are responsible for payment of any taxes and compliance with any laws associated with winning prizes according to their national, federal, provincial, state, and local legal system. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at RSI Relo Inc.s sole discretion. Contest entrants will not be eligible for prizes if contests of this form are not legal according to their national, federal, provincial, state, and local legal system. RSI Relo Inc. accepts no responsibility for entrants who enter this contest, when it is illegal for them to do so.
