laining capabilities of softwares advanced tools and expounding overall knowledg
e of computerized maintenance management planning and control system to groups o
f 4 to over 50 people. Helped write training material and personally interviewe
d and hired additional team members during transition to the Windows system. Th
is was accomplished while receiving the highest evaluations, Exceeded All Expect
ations, for training and implementation.

I have a proven track record of being a great teacher by receiving a perfect 10
score or exceeding all expectations on my evaluations by every student for the p
ast two years as a software trainer and have also shown this in the artifacts on
my ePortfolio performed at Ashford University. At the end of my career I count
my success by the success of my students. I understand the need of my student
and acts accordingly. I have an unlimited supply of empathy. I am a constant l
earner. I have a deep passion for the subject I handle. I encourage my students
the ability to analyze and think. I acknowledge that the students have the abil
