A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2010-12-

0039 OF THIS SANGGUNIAN, "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE
SUM OF THREE HUNDRED NINE MaLION THIRTY SEVEN
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY AND 28/100
(P309,037~840.28) PESOS FOR THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE
AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT
OF TANGUB FOR CALENDAR YEAR -2011 AND FOR THE OTHER
PURPOSES" .

WHEREAS. after a thorough perusal and careful deliberation, this august

body believes that the allocation of funds to all concerned offices,
departments. programs and projects are equitable for the sustainable
operation of the City Government of Tangub;

WHEREAS, the sound and equitable allocation of the Fiscal Year 2011
local expenditures program is geared towards and effective and efficient
delivery of the basic services for the economic and social upliftment of its
constituents;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Edilberto Gripe, unanimously

seconded by all members present, be it

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve as it hereby approves the

City Ordinance No. 2010-12·0039 of this Sanggunian, "An Ordinance
approving the sum of Three Hundred Nine Million Thirty Seven
Thousand Eight Hundred Forry and 28/100 (P309,037,84028) Pesos for
the operation, maintenance and other support services of the City
Government of Tangub for Calendar Year-20ll and for the other
purposes";

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished the

Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental, for review and
appropriate action, the City Treasurer, City Budget Officer, City
Accountant, City Planning and Development Officer and the City Auditor
for their information and guidance.
