Job Summary:

Joined Deutsche Bank Operations India as a Process Executive in December 2009

and part of Securities Operations for Euronext Settlements . Worked in four
markets (French, Dutch, Portugal, Belgium Settlements). Moved to German
settlements for the period of one month when there was shortage of employees in the
team

Equity Settlement:

• Preparation of SWIFT Messages and follow up with agents.

• Coordinating, checking with Counterparties and DB London Entities and
requesting corrections wherever necessary and applicable within the scope of
acceptable Trading Protocols.
• Supervision and monitoring of all Settlement operations DB London Office.
• Co-ordinating front office and back office operations including Settlement of
Equity Trades and Inventory Management.

Pre-matching, Matching and Fails (Dec 2009 – Till date)

> Liaising with Clients and External Counterparties for resolving any issues with
trades.

> Interaction with Middle Office and Trading desk to resolve Trade discrepancies.

> Managing all the escalations in the team and taking corrective actions to reduce
the risk.
