reviewed quality management standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and cons
istency with B&V Energy Division policies. Developed quality management standard
s and programs to fulfill the quality mission as defined by the Energy Services
Quality Management System Manual. Interfaced with internal and external customer
s and suppliers to ensure project and product quality. Lead or participated in i
nternal and external audits and assessments.

Director of Staff, 442d Fighter Wing. Serves as the Fighter Wing Commander's (FW
/CC) staff officer. Manages budget, manpower and resource issues for the FW/CC.
Provides biannual performance feedback and annual performance reviews for wing

Chief of Equal Opportunity (Officer in Charge). Serves as the Installation Comma
nder's (IC) staff officer for the Equal Opportunity (EO) program. Provides centr
al point at base level to receive formal and informal complaints of unlawful dis
crimination and sexual harassment. Ensures EO specialists are fully trained and
qualified. Forwards a synopsis of all closed formal EO cases to the IC for revie
w on a monthly basis. Supervises the EO staff. Promotes EO to senior leadership
on the installation and to the base population. Manages budget, manpower and res
ource issues for the EO program. Evaluates the EO program at least twice a year
using the Air Force standardized EO Program Self-Inspection Checklist provided b
y HQ AFPC/DPSFOS. Approves and signs Equal Opportunity/Human Relations Education
Summary report. Processes Privacy Act of 1974 and Freedom of Information Act (F
OIA) requests IAW paragraph 3.11. Forwards requests to supplement Air Force EO p
olicy issuances to the MAJCOM Assistant for EO for review, HQ AFPC/DPSFOS for co

istrative Specialist- Maintained the Master Equipment List, utilizing the Maximo
database and was the Divisional Training Representative for over 300 associates
in D/100 Facility Maintenance. Performed Management Self Assessments on several
processes for the newly developed quality departments of BWXT/Pantex, Amarillo,
Texas. Facilitated teams involved in mistake proofing, problem solving and root
cause identification in quality processes across FM&T, Kansas City, Missouri.
