Staff Management is a neutral vendor provider for Dell Computer. I supervise th
e temporary employees at Dell. I maintain HR paperwork for each temp. Provide
the work schedules and overtime notices. Maintain records such as attendance an
d corrective actions taken. I provide the vendors and Dell management with end o
f assignment notices when they reach 1450 hours, or accumulate 4 attendance poin
ts.
2009 to 2010 - Operations Manager
Northern Tool & Equipment, Madison, TN
Responsible for all warehouse operation of the store. Incoming freight, shippin
g and receiving Make sure all damaged and return merchandise got billed out and
either sent back on returns truck or destroyed at the store. Make sure all out
scans are preformed weekly, all price changes are done, top stock maintained
and counted. Maintain all the paperwork involved with the job description, and
filed in a timely manner. Perform M.O.D. functions when needed. Provide custom
er service on the sales floor.
2007 to Present - Security
Colony Manor Apartments, Goodlettsville, TN.
Insure all lighting is working at night. Make sure no unauthorized parking in l
oading zones and handicapped parking spaces. Make sure all cars on the property
have valid tags, and in running condition. Clear walks and paths of snow and i
ce in inclement weather. Settle small disputes if needed. Close the pool at ni
ght, and open it on the weekends.
2007 to 2008 - Parts Sales
KMH Systems, La Vernge, TN.
Sell forklift parts to both a retail customer and service department. Take call
s from road technicians needing parts to either complete a repair or preventive
maintenance. Order parts as needed to complete job either by normal stocking or
special orders. Insure parts are received and billed to the proper invoice and
that freight charges are also billed. Ship parts to customers that are to far a
way or unable to come in and pick up in person. In some cases make deliveries to
customers.
2007 to 2007 - Loan Officer
Nova Star Mortgage, Nashville, TN.
Telemarketing department to make both cold calls and some prearranged calls. Sel
l the customer a mortgage based on information obtained during the phone intervi
ew. Preformed credit checks on customers. Then, tailored their needs to one of
many of the loan programs we offered. Call the customer back and discussed with
them any option they may have and the benefits of going with our program over t
heir existing mortgages. This company closed.
2004 to 2007 - Assistant Manger
Advance Auto Parts, Brandenburg, Ky.
Provide customer service to both a DIY and commercial customer. Write invoice,
and schedule deliveries for the commercial customer. For the DIY customer try t
o answer any questions they may have about car repair and the parts needed. Writ
e schedules to provide peak customer service when needed. Hire, and help train
new team members. Maintain daily store paperwork, banking and deposit informati
on, cash variance reports. Inventory reports such as special orders and incomin
g stock. Set plan-o-grams and floor displays to company standards. Maintain an
overstock level that was easy to count and pull from daily to replenish the shel
ves as merchandise was sold.

Basically the same as Advance Auto Parts above. I started in 1994 as a Parts Sal
es Manager. I was promoted to commercial specialist in 2000 when the company dec
ided to go into commercial sales. I went to the Elizabethtown store which alrea
dy had a commercial program in place, but was not performing to company standard
s. I took this new program from doing around 2500.00 a week to about 9000.00 a
week in a very short time. We had already gotten a second deliver truck and abo
ut to get a third when I was promoted to store manager.
