Operations Manager assignment.
Managed second shift staff of 60, foundry, casting cleaning, heat-treating, mach
ining, assembly, and testing teams, as Production Manager. Directed a Sales Offi
ce in Appleton, Wisconsin, as Sales Engineer. Called on pulp & paper mills, prep
ared bid packages, and managed inside sales and administrative personnel in sale

of Engineering, Customer Contract Review, Customer Service, and Import/Export De
