ANFLU OPLANs and editing other planning and training documents.
* Training and Exercises Team Chief, 17 July 2006 - 16 August 2007. Responsibl
e for supervision of six person team that planned and conducted three table top
exercises, ten functional drills, and two functional exercises during the one ye
ar contract. During functional exercises, team grew to 38 people with the additi
on of axillaries.
* Acting Chief of Staff, 22 Jun - 31 Jul 2006. Responsible for setting up faci
lities for new contract and team of twenty-four, coordinating in processing of n
ew team members, and establishing initial staff rhythm.
* Lead Editor and Planner, 16 Mar - 28 Jun 2006, for CDC's PANFLU OPLAN and su
pporting Training and Exercise plan for 2006-07. Created multiple scenarios for
future exercises designed to exercise and verify the PANFLU OPLAN.
Mar thru May 05: Independent Exercise Consultant; U.S. Army Reserve Command and
Eagle Group International, Inc., Fort McPherson, Georgia. Planned, developed, co
ordinated, conducted, and evaluated Continuity of Operations (COOP) Exercise DOU
BLE PHOENIX 2005 for the U.S. Army Reserve Command G-3. Authored and edited the
after action report.
2 Oct 03 thru 31 Oct 04: Planner and Editor, United States Army Reserve Command
Mobilization Command Post Exercise Program, Eagle Group International, Inc., Ft.
McPherson, Georgia. Planned, developed and conducted command post exercises for
the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) and its major subordinate commands. Membe
r of the team that planned, wrote, conducted, and evaluated COOP Exercise DOUBLE
PHOENIX for the USARC in April 2004. Captured and reported mobilization lessons
learned from USARC mobilization meetings and conference. Edited and published t
he semi-annual USARC Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) Lessons Learned After Action
Report.

vernment agency. Supervised information management staff. Information Management
team member of the Mobilization Training, Inspection, and Assistance Team, whic
h conducted mobilization exercises and inspections for Army Reserve commands an
d mobilization stations. Information Management Crisis Action Team Chief during
the First Gulf War.
Oct 86 to Jun 89: Mobilization and Crisis Information Manager, 7th Signal Comman
d. Planned and managed emergency telecommunications for a Maryland base U.S. Gov
ernment information management agency. Planned and conducted the command's mobil
ization exercises and conferences. Established emergency operations center (EOC
). Wrote and edited command's mobilization and national disaster plans. Team chi
ef for the command's first participation in a mobilization exercise, Exercise PR
OUD SCOUT in 1990.
Oct 83 to Oct 86: Communications & Electronics Manager/Mobilization Planner, Sec
ond U.S. Army. Planned, inspected, and managed communications programs for an At
lanta based, regional, U.S. Government Agency. Wrote and edited the command's mo
bilization plan. Review and critiqued subordinate agencies' plans. Managed the c
ommand's Communications Security (COMSEC) program. Prepared and presented COMSEC
instruction to National Guard and Army Reserve units within the command's geogr
aphic area of responsibility. Served as member of EOC Crisis Action Team for mob
ilizations and support to civil affairs exercises and actions.
Sep 79 to Oct 83: Plans, Operations and Training Officer, 44th Evacuation Hospit
al. Managed unit, section, and professional training for physicians, nurses, and
medical support personnel of 400 bed hospital. Planned and conducted unit train
ing and unit tactical, medical, and mobilization exercises. Managed multiple tra
ining sites in Oklahoma City, El Paso, and four Army installations. Wrote unit's
first mobilization plan and conducted its first mobilization exercise.
