* Managed the Avaya Definity phone system and Intuity voicemail
system for the Newark and Florham Park facilities. Supplied call
traffic and costing reports using Veramark eCAS system software.
* Supervised all contractors engaged in building and grounds
maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
