telecom startup), 2009. Accepted short-term
assignment to create business/marketing plans.
Designed and coordinated development of store
front/kiosks. Recruited all staff.
Project Lead, Carnival Cruise Lines ($5.2B cruise
line), 1997 to 2009. Led all major hardware
deployments and life-cycle maintenance.
Oversaw computer acquisitions, modifications,
software deployment, end-user support, and
vendor relations. Defined standard configuration
for 8,800 PCs. Led 15 staff and $2M
hardware/software budget.
Director, Information Systems, The Panda Project
