elopment (IRAD0 projects. Both projects required the development of concept whit
e papers, trade-off studies, cost analysis, and proposed concept of operations,
schedule and staffing estimates.
Project Lead Engineer for Tomahawk Missile Automated Engagement Planner
software development. Responsible for concept development that resulted in an ad
vanced software approach for creating automated Tomahawk missile mission engagem
ent plans.
Lead Engineer for an advanced system developed for use aboard Navy attack submar

system for the new SSN 751 attack class submarine. These included definition of
requirements for an advanced data distribution system, analysis of system funct

t led up to certification of this and other subsystems.
