Assign accurate ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS codes to outpatient surgery,
emergency room, and outpatient diagnostic records based on
documentation; Review and revise inaccurate code assignments in
corporate computer programs to ensure accurate payment from third
party insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid; Coordinate
