SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Pepermintwala has over 15 years of technical experience in


business analysis, requirements elicitation, application development
and software testing. He has experience in developing test
strategies, test plans, UAT scenarios and documentation of test
results against design specifications for business applications to
ensure that the business objectives are met. On a mission-critical
support contract for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), he is
currently responsible for testing and development of Oracle 8i
database applications built with Oracle Developer 6i, PL/SQL and
Java, including providing technical direction to the development team
based on test results to develop a corrective action plan. He has
extensive experience testing C++ software for communications systems.
His work spans the areas of test automation and programming support
using C, Pascal and several proprietary programming languages in the
Microsoft Windows and HP UNIX environments. Mr. Pepermintwala has
successfully worked in CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 environments to
ensure compliance with CMMI processes and deliverable schedules.

In support of a large-scale FDA contract as Business Analyst,


analyze business applications, design specifications, and provide
software testing and development services for the Adverse Event
Reporting System Operations, Maintenance Modifications and
Enhancements (AERS OMME) project. Participate on a team providing
software maintenance and enhancement using Oracle 8i, Developer 6i,
and PL/SQL sponsored by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research
(CDER). Responsible for Creating Test Plans, Testing multiple
software systems, providing software builds, Maintaining the
Configuration Management and coordinating software releases and user
acceptance tests. Participate in design and code reviews. Provide
support for managing the AERS Help Desk. Tested the Programmed
software changes using Oracle Developer 6i and developed SQL queries
for complex database reports and provided technical direction to the
development team based on test results to construct a corrective
action plan and schedule. This work includes but is not limited to
the development of test cases, performing the testing, identifying
software defects, writing effective bug reports, assisting developers
to understand and duplicate software anomalies and updating all
supporting documentation. In addition, provide maintenance of
software configuration management using PVCS Version Manager as well
as providing Helpdesk Support using PVCS Tracker. Served in PSI's
Engineering Process Group for the company's CMMI Level 3

In support of a large-scale FDA contract as System/Test Engineer,


analyzed business applications, design specifications, provided
software testing and development services for the FDA's Strategic
Information Systems Technical Integration of Resources (SISTIR)
project. Participated on a team providing software maintenance and
enhancement using Oracle 8i, Developer 6i, and PL/SQL for the Lot
Release System (LRS), sponsored by the Center for Biologics
Evaluation and Research (CBER). Responsible for testing multiple
software system releases. Programmed software changes using Oracle
Developer and developed SQL queries for complex database reports and
provided technical direction to the development team based on test
results to construct a corrective action plan and schedule. This work
included but was not limited to the development of test cases,
performing the testing, identifying software defects, writing
effective bug reports, assisting developers to understand and

Digital Multiplex System (DMS) in the System Testing and Engineering
departments. Responsible for testing communications software systems

cases using GUI programming tools and proprietary scripting

Provided programming support for Nortel's Signal Transfer Point


(STP) Test Automation project. Performed programming tasks under UNIX
using proprietary languages similar to C/C++ for development of
automated test cases for communications software. All work was done
adhering to processes for ISO 9001 compliance. Participated in other
projects involving software bug fixing using Pascal, developing
software for test tools, creating technical documents including user
manuals, and writing functional specifications. Also conducted
