PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Vishay Siliconix 2006 - Present
Quality/ Reliability/ Engineer II
Collaborate with Product Engineers, Design Engineers, and Process Engineers to d
evelop new product process, enhance process of existing products, and facilitate
the drive for higher yields and product quality. Operate on hand-on measurement
characterization, reliability testing, and data analysis, as well as decapsulat
e and deprocess the devices with chemical and non-chemical procedures.
Define and monitor reliability products with HTGB, HAST, HTRB, Temperature Cycle
, Pressure Pot, Vramp, TDDB, NBTI, ESD, Latch-up, and CDM test. Familiar with, a
nd utilize, electrical circuits, including micro-electronic resistors, capacitor
s, diodes, transistors integrated circuit, and MOSFET.
* Locate defects or issues effecting performance of devices with Liquid Crystal
Analysis and Photo Emission Analysis on the backside of the die by parallel poli
shing technique.

* Operate and utilize both Spectrum Electron Microscope and Focused Ion Beam to
inspect the die surface, and modify IC device.
* Conduct testing with C-SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) on packaging (TO-220
, SOIC8, PPAK, or PolarPAK) to inspect Air Gap Defects/Defect identification and
locating.
* Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis for other divisions of Vishay, define the
root causes all of urgent CARs, as well as correspond in 8D Reports in order to
illustrate Root Causes of devices failure to customers.

ADDITIONAL SELECT TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

8 Bits Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG)
* Designed 8 bits Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) by using TSMC. 8Bits AWG co
nsisted of a sequencer, RAM, and a DAC which are synchronized by using a single
clock.
* The Priority of this design is the accuracy of the output signal since it is g
oing to test equipment with speed at 400Mhz. Moreover, AWG is verified by sendin
g in the digital outputs of an ADC to the RAM and comparing the output of the AW
G with the input of the ADC.

8-bit ALU
* Designed and analyzed 8 bits ALU by using TSMC to achieve operation at 1.25 GH
z.
* The ALU would be capable of the arithmetic operations (add, subtract, plus, mo
ve, and shift) and logic operations ( XOR, AND, OR, NOR, NAND, and XNOR).
