Hired as a 3 month contractor to negotiate clinical site contracts for a high vo
lume (150+ sites) project, and then was kept on staff to assist and learn from S
enior Counsel in different divisions of the Corporation.
o Supported the field marketing team by reviewing sales and lease agreements.

As an intern, the OAG litigation team sought my scientific knowledge and experie
nce to address a novel and complex lawsuit based in science and regulation. The
litigation team drew from my knowledge, creative thinking, and argument formula
tion to eventually prevail in this $360+ million litigation. Highlights include
:
o The Commonwealth of Massachusetts was the first state to prevail against this
novel collection of claims.
o Earned the CALI award as the highest rated intern in the OAG clinical program.

o Presented indictments, bail argument, and plea agreements to the court.
o Served as the lead counsel on an OUI 2nd offense case which could have resulte
d in jail time for the Defendant.
