Neighborhood Development Corporation (DNDC).
Plan involved renovating 1700 homes for the
City of Detroit's Planning & Development
Department.
- Authored strategic development proposal
for the Michigan Opera Theater that
resulted in the receipt of the state funding
necessary to complete the project.
- Authored "A Comparison of Neighborhood/City
Linkages and Performance Measures in 10
Select Cities". This study for the Mayor of
Detroit was used as a guide for reorganizing
the neighborhood city halls.
FORD MOTOR - SR Mgr - Advanced Prod Dev
Dearborn, Michigan - 1986-1995
- Led 125 member advanced vehicle team.
Coordinated 10 unique product programs.
Resulted in the permanent establishment of
a "Breakthrough Product" effort within the
division. Resulting products have generated
over $25B in revenue.
- Directed the advanced planning effort for
global minivan segment. Initiated new
product programs totaling over $2 billion
dollars. Developed marketing analyses,
platform and product specifications, and
in-depth business cases. Developed multiple
product enhancements.
- Authored annual business strategy for Ford's
light truck division, guiding nearly $50B in
revenue. Identified strategic direction,
market and technical trends, and competitive
strategies.
- Developed and implemented marketing plan
and sales strategy for Ford's first Electric
Vehicle demonstration fleet. Effort included
market segmentation and targeting, developing
distribution and promotion alternatives, and
