- Administer Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) and Electronic Counter Measu

Accomplishments:
- Led the section through a Higher Headquarters Unit Compliance Inspection
that received zero discrepancies in 2008
- Spearheaded the section through an aircraft conversion from F-16 to A-10
aircraft, ensuring all training, manning and equipment requirements were met.
- Effectively led the Element in a Higher Head Quarters inspection â⠬ŠCombat Shield
pods with a passing score of 100% in both 2007 and 2010, and 94% in 2009.
- Designated to lead the workforce that was instrumental for improving hea
lth of the fleet from an average of 10% MC rate to sustaining 40% MC within a tw
o-month scale. Rolled out 10 aircraft with a spare to the first deployment with
the new aircraft.
- Most recently I have been detailed to another unit (127 Air Refueling G
roup) to establish and run their Alert Facility, establish program, checklist, c
ontrolled area and bring building up to
