* Turned around the division from losing money to realizing a 20% gross profit.
* Increased cash flow, improved product order delivery (including customer servi
ce) and reduced overall inventory (27.4%) after implementing MRP system.
* Reduce overall costs by 7% by introducing a waste recycling program involving
the negotiation of favorable contracts for returning scrap materials and for reb
ates.

cycle counting to minimized stock outages and overages.
