iWarranty product is a web-based warranty system developed by SSI. It is a full
y integrated warranty solution that directly connects manufacturers, dealers, su
ppliers, partners and customers in a service network. The iWarranty product is
designed specifically for automotive industry (truck, car, and heavy equipment r
ecreational). It uses a service model, which has Cost Management and Quality Imp
rovement. It helps global manufacturers optimise their entire warranty life cycl
e through the use of the following modules like EClaims, Failure Analysis, Warra
nty Center, Parts Return, Supplier Recovery and Analytics. Involved in analysis/
development of project functional, performance, and security requirements. Devel
oped test plans, test strategy and test cases and executed them.
Responsibilities:

* Developed and executed Test scripts and Test cases from requirements and use c

with detailed information, shopping cart, and posting of want ads including mult
iple photos and evaluation reports. In addition, the application provided vendor
data to help dealers determine the model and year of manufacture of a machine b
ased on serial was acquired. This application was developed using Java, Servlets
, JDBC, SQL and Oracle 8.0.
Responsibilities:
* Entering the defects in the Test Director defect-tracking tool.
* Worked closely with development to the defects identified, resolving problems
and/or assisted in recreating them.
* Writing SQL script to test the integrity of the back-end Oracle server.
* Developed automation test scripts using WinRunner.
* Writing test cases for the different group (UAT) to execute them.
* Documenting all test results in test logs and reports
* Deciding the scope and boundaries of the test.

er, utility bill payment, etc either with transaction password or digital signat
ure depending on configuration.
