Initially recruited as CFO to join early-stage microcap E&P-management team with
primary responsibility in directing all financial operations and establishing n

* Guided financial operations through periods of very rapid growth, successfully
leveraging oil & gas exploration project portfolios and growing reserves as bas

TXCO ultimately reached an untenable financial position arising out of the rapid
collapse of energy commodity prices and credit markets. In 2009, TXCO's assets
were liquidated in Chapter 11 proceeding, providing full repayment of all outsta
nding bank debts, trade liabilities, and preferred equity obligations.

rating in approximately 10 states or provinces in United States and Canada, wit

Directed all financial operations of diversified private company, playing leadin
g role in strategic planning, HR resource allocations and training, recruiting,
