It consists of an application server and a web client. The application server pr
ocesses requests in the form of XML messages and responds with another XML messa
ge. Clients communicate with the application server using XML message interface.
Javelina core uses PostgreSQL open source as database For database operations th
e utility called datagrape developed by Eldorado is used to have the application
be able to run on any database. Datagrapes uses XMLs for interacting with the d
atabase and returns the response in XML format. Front end code is to parse the s
ame and send to the browser.

The primary goal is to control MDS SCIEX mass spectrometers - QStar, QTrap, and
other associated devices, such as auto samplers, pumps, column ovens, and valve
s. The easy-to-use interface allows performing all the activities necessary to a
nalyze a sample. Using Analyst, we can configure the devices attached to the ins
trument workstation, tune the instruments, optimize the system, acquire samples,
perform qualitative analysis, perform quantitative analysis, and print reports.
Full array of activities can be performed with Analyst, so as to use its custom
ization options to tailor the system to provide the security level user requires
.
Because Analyst runs on Windows NT/2000 and XP, It can be operated in a network
environment, so as to perform some activities from a remote location, which can
save valuable time and effort.

details about the Client side (displaying an integrated GUI). Client side is co
nfigured for a number of users to be able to see as much as possible information
on the same screen, without switching. The GUI includes Hardware configuration,

Prep LC/MS system can be used to collect preparative scale HPLC separated compou
nds into collection vessels on a fraction collector. The collection is primarily
mass directed, i.e. the ion signal on the SCIEX API mass spectrometer for the g
iven mass is used to trigger collection. The collection may be non-mass directed
(also called mass-unspecified) using the mass spectrometer or another detection
device. PrepExpress is an enhancement for the existing Analyst application. It
involves the design and development of User interface and COM components to sup
port sample collection. It comprises of the modules PreUI, PrepQueueManager, Pr
epWizard, PrepCollection and PrepFileManager. PrepExpress allows the user to su
bmit the sample to Analyst Queue for acquisition and thereafter tracks the sampl
e acquisition and once the specific mass is identified, it collects the sample a
ssociated with the mass into the specified vial.

-server architecture, which ensures ease of use and high system reliability. It
can be linked with all devices at the bedside having digital output like patient
monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps etc. Different kinds of external systems
can be linked with this system such as HIS and LAB systems. CCIMS is the managem
ent system for the ICU.
The DeioClinisoft system can be used for planning the patient's care and for rec
ording the given care. Various reports can be produced from this information to
support the unit's management. The system collects data automatically from bedsi
de devices. It can also communicate with other information systems in the hospit
al. The system transfers requests to the laboratory system and retrieves the res
ults. The system adjusts to the data processing requirements of different patien
ts using patient groups. With the configuration function, users can define all t
he necessary reference information as well as design displays and reports. The c
onfiguration function is also used for making various care programs to facilitat
e the care of patients in different patient groups.
