Construction Contract Administrator - Healthcare, University / Schools, Governm
ent Buildings
Construction Administrator for Engineering firm. Duties included field take off
's, design & coordination reviews. These were followed by pre-construction meet
ings, shop drawings, & plan reviews which included Submittals, RFI's, Change Ord
ers. I was also responsible for job site observations to insure the MEP's were
installed per plans & spec's. Last aspect was final job site inspection which
included all close out documents and final punch. Due to economy, company laid o
ff 10% of workforce.

9/2005 - 12/2007 Lillibridge Health Services, Plano, Texas


Project Manager - Healthcare
Project Manager for entire Project as well as Owner's Representative and cont
act person for the Hospital to build a Medical Office Building adjacent to the
hospital. I worked as the liaison between Lillibridge, the Owners (Hospital a
nd Doctors) and the contractors. Assigned to oversee all facets of the construc
tion from the ground up. Plan reviews - architectural, Engineering and suite de
sign; Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, Tenant Request Orders, Draw package, Ins
pections, Final Tenant close out and move in requirements. Project completed i

2/2005 - 9/2005 Interstate Hospitality Services, Hallandale Beach,
Fl
Contracted Position - Project Manager
Duties included all aspects of project management from budgeting, scheduling, bi
dding of subcontractors to start up package. I also worked closely with architec
ts and engineers in planning and permitting of the projects as well as the submi
ttal process. One project, I finished the new spa at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral
Gables, Fla. This project included complete demolition of the 7th floor and com
plete rebuild of the Hotel Spa, including all new wet rooms, saunas and a workin
g indoor river.
7/2004 - 2/2005 Streit-Brown, Inc, Daytona Beach Shores, Fl
Contracted Position - Project Manager - Interior Renovation & Suites
Shared Responsibility for $28 million dollar hotel renovation. This included all
phases of construction from planning and design with the architect, contracting
, permitting, hiring of GC's and subcontractors. I worked closely with the city
inspectors to ensure code compliance and worked with the owners to develop and i
mplement the budget. I reviewed the RFI's and submittals and worked with the GC'
s in reviewing and submitting their draw packages to the architect and owner.
9/2003 - 7/2004 Network Cancer Care / Microseed Brachytherapy Internation
al
Contracted Position - Project Manager
Responsible for all facets of the construction and build out of a commercial Med
ical building housing a Cancer Treatment center, surgery room, Clean room and Ho
t Room. Duties included planning, design, permitting, all codes related to Cance
r treatment barriers and isolations, draw package, and close out. Oversaw Equip
ment specifications and installation.

accounts that total about 5000 people. This was to provide Insurance for famil
y. This job was done simultaneously with construction positions to provide fami

Construction Manager - 9/1999 - 9/2003 DAC Enterprises, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Self-employed contractor working within a network to do small new construction
and remodeling. I worked as a subcontractor for Ram builders doing multi-family
duplexes and commercial office remodels. Introduced into Medical office remodel
ing.
Branch Sales Manager -10/1989 - 12/2000 Interstate Brands Inc., Tulsa, OK
Branch sales manager of a bread manufacturing and distribution plant. I was res
ponsible for all area's of distribution for 20 separate routes. I was also in ch
arge of a retail thrift store. I handled inventory control, Logistics, hiring, o
rdering, human resources, and discipline.
