investigations and surveillance. Ensure effective facilitation of security educ
ation and motivation, hazardous, material recognition training, intrusion detect
ion system administration, as well as electronic identification and badge admini
stration.
- Strategized plans to ensure the success of multiple projects; co-founded and d
eveloped the new Squadron personnel; provided and determined their training need
s to complete their skill level upgrade.
- Synchronized matrix management of a revolving caseload of 150+ security cleara
nce investigations and 35+ security information files; facilitated a safer insta
llation and greater protection of resources in the air base, enabling the Wing C
ommand Staff to align policies directly targeting security and criminal issues.

Streamlined all aspects of equipping and deploying security forces teams by unit

new equipment to better outfit warfighters. Developed and coached three-person
staff responsible for deploying the members of a 100-man squadron.
- Managed and ensured cost-efficiency in procurement of durable and expendable i
tems under budget.
- Planned and fine tuned initiatives for the Air National Guard’s Senior Leadership
Summit involving a protective service package for 100 general officers, 100 colo
nels, and 53 command chief master sergeants at an offsite location containing nu
merous force protection issues.
- Maintained coordination with federal, state, and local agencies while completi
ng all tasks with zero incidents and one medical emergency.
CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Performed additional tasks as a client support administrator for the 192 Fighter
Wing in addition to serving as a local help desk. Proficiently managed and co-d
eveloped user accounts which loaded the Air Force Standard Desktop Configuration
and troubleshot computer related issues.
- Significantly improved subordinates’ performance in all evaluated areas by optimiz
ing the design of a training program for mobility. Incorporated 90 qualification
s skills and OJT training for duty positions; monitored effectiveness of practic
al exercises to ensure security forces personnel remained proficient with war ti
me and peace time tasking.
- Defined key training procedures and authored 192d security forces squadron job
knowledge book, which provided a compact reference manual for all patrol relate
d tasks from forms completion to basic instructions for securing crime scenes.
