nnually) consisting of over 200 franchised dealers and distributors throughout U
nited States and Canada. Directed all aspects of channel development initiatives
, including dealer recruitment and training, sales development programs, CRM and
other marketing, retail business applications, national installation certificat
ion program, and other dealer development programs.
- Successfully obtained 18% annual sales growth and 10% dealer count growth thro
ugh the implementation of innovative dealer/distributor recruitment programs as
well as developing and implementing sales and marketing best practice, customer
