administrators. New realities are placing pressures on the

Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapy is a specialized practice that focuses on
prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance
enhancement of the physically-active individual. As the sports are
gaining importance rapidly across the globe, the need of a specialist to
take care of sports persons is also growing enormously. By keeping the
demand of such physiotherapist, this course is designed and developed.
The therapist combines in-depth knowledge of how the body works with
specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat
symptoms of illness, injury of disability and aim to restore, maintain and
maximize your strength, function, movement and overall well-being.

Eligibility :
Master of Hospital Management : A Candidate with degree of M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.Sc. (Nursing) B.P.T., B.O.T., Bachelor of
Optometry, B. Pharm, B.H.M.S., B.Sc. (Bio-tech) from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks are eligible.
Reservation is as per the government rules. The admission will be on merit, of the marks obtained in the entrance

Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy : A Candidate with degree in B.P.T., M.P.E. /M.P.Ed/M.P.E. There is no
entrance exam; the admission is purely based on marks obtained by the candidates in the previous qualifying
examination. The first preference is given to B.P.T students. Fee is Rs 12,500 per semester. Only 20 seats. For further
