June 2010- -Present 2010- Multiple Companies Teaching online nursing curriculum,
tutoring and consulting for various proprietary and non-proprietary schools, cu
rriculum preparation and consulting. Assuring quality in the delivery of curricu

August 2009-June 2010-Dean of Nursing-Rasmussen College School of Nursing-Ocala,

* Advises and counsel students in the nursing program; facilitate communication
and maintain satisfactory relationships between students and faculty members.
* Currently sit on Curriculum Committee, Policies and procedures committee, and
Safety Committee as well as nurse advisory board. Teaches courses, individual c
lasses or seminars as qualifications permit. Monitors the execution of the plann
ing process on behalf of the entire campus in coordination with the Director of
Nursing, the Vice President of Academic Affairs and other senior management. Ens
ure the nursing program operations are conducted in compliance with applicable s
tate, federal, and local laws, regulations and ordinances and within standards o

* Proficient in online Angel training platform for online course delivery. Able
to use Whiteboard in online tutoring and communication.

ons titled Study Sessions with the Dean that resulted in an improvement in all c
ourse in the ADN program in student grades of 9% in one semester.
* During a period of ten months added five new clinical facilities for student p

* Instrumental in curriculum change resulting in increased NCLEX pass rates. Dev
eloped successful remediation program resulting in a 9 percent increase in grade
s in each course of the ADN curriculum. Developed proposal to BON for Practical
Nurse and PN-RN Transition Track.
