PRODUCTION MANAGER, TECHNICAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Led team of 60 employees to produce manuals and service bulletins for aircraft e
ngines. Defined work plan, production strategies, and controlled production to e
nsure deliveries met expectations. Analyzed processes and made necessary changes
to optimize production. Supervised nine direct reports. Managed the hiring, per
formance and salary reviews, promotions and disciplinary matters for the 60 pers
on team comprised of aeronautical engineers, aircraft technicians and industrial
