all system software and third party software installs/upgrades. Converted our P
TF Cumulative Maintains and third party software installs from CD's to Image Cat
alog. Configuration support, and switch automation within the Mimix HA environme

Worked with the iSeries Advanced Technical Support Team that was assigned suppor
t a LPAR consolidation project, and to implement and support the iTera HA enviro
nment for a very large client. This involved set up and configuration of the LPA
R's, followed by the set up, install, configuration and subsequent daily suppor
t of each iTera ECHO2 environment.

id our Y2K data conversion using Mimix, where we only had a couple of hours of d

praisals, Team Building, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and various IBM Training Courses and
