ommunities (NRC) in Scottsbluff/Gering, Nebraska. Our new CEO consolidated man
y functions in the last year. HR was eliminated and I after ten years as HR Dir
ector I transitioned into the Acting/ Provisional Administrator Position while s
till managing the HR function.

escriptions/Evaluations, Harassment Issues, Company Orientation and Education, C
ustomer Service, Human Resources, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Long Term Care, CCRC's
, Payroll, Payroll Software, Time Clock Software, Excel, Word Programs, and oth
er related functions. I am excellent at problem solving, applying and enforcing
company policy and am an excellent communicator. Under the last CEO I was char
ged with writing almost all legal letters and legal actions for NRC.

eded to be a good member of a Management Team and be an excellent liaison for St
