representing clients in the entertainment industry in major
litigation matters, including contract, copyright, trademark, Lanham
Act, First Amendment, trade secrets, theft of ideas, unfair
competition, fraud, interference with business relations, rights of
privacy and publicity, intellectual property, labor, real property
and other general civil business, corporate and securities and
bankruptcy litigation matters. I am admitted to practice in New York
