_Responsible for directing the design team for all new product
development, purchasing, displays and packaging. Professional staff:

- Over a ten year period took Citizen FROM THE #5 BRAND TO THE
# 1 BRAND in the mid priced market in the US, UK AND CANADA.
- Developed the strategy to take Eco-Drive to the next level
INCLUDING UPGRADING AVERAGE PRICE POINTS FROM $59 TO A $250. CHANGES
LEAD TO DOUBLING THE REVENUE AND THE PROFITS for Citizen. Eco- Drive
IS NOW OVER 80% OF CITIZEN'S REVENUE AND PROFITS.
- Instrumental in changing the image of the company and its
products through a total revamp of packaging, displays and aggressive
sports marketing programs.
- Led the implementation of the COMPANY'S FIRST DATA BASED
INVENTORY AND FORECASTING SYSTEM which allowed management to view by
SKU critical marketing data. As a result we were able to IMPROVE OUR
STOCK TURNS FROM 2.5 TO 3.5.

Participated in selecting Citizen's brand ambassadors including Eli
Manning [NFL],
Matt Kenseth [NASCAR], Padrig Harrington [PGA] Paula Creamer [LPGA].

Partnered with Louis Vuitton to do the timing for the Louis Vuitton
Cup (Challenger races for the America's Cup).

Created the first timing system which instantly relayed timing on 3
race courses.

Hosted 1500 customer winners of a contest for the 1995 America's Cup

Hosted 40 grand prize winners in New Zealand for the 2000 America's
Cup.

Sponsored 10 events in both skiing and beach volleyball in order to
target a younger customer.

Tennis Championships and shortly after became a Corporate Champion of

- Redesigned the ladies watch line which led us to penetrate

sports marketing beginning with the 1992 America's cup sailboat races
in San Diego BECOMING THE OFFICIAL WATCH AND OFFICIAL TIMER.
