 Cash Credit and Overdraft

Bank Asia Provides Cash Credit and Over Draft as a single Term. There is no
other loan term for Over Draft.

Account Type: It is provided through Current account.

Limit: There is no fixed upper or lower limit.

The Loan amount cash credit varies based on-

- Back ground of the borrower,

- Nature of the business,

- Quality of the Management,

- Security value and type

- Relationship with Bank etc.

Business Types: These types of business get the loan-

- Trading,

- Manufacturing,

- SME

Interest Rate: The interest rate is fixed now 13 % running which will be
revised to 15 % very soon. To some extent, for large client the rate can be
reduced for at best 0.5 %

The relationship marketers of the credit department investigate the criteria of the borrower to
sanction the loan.

There is no commitment fee or no interest on the unused portion.

Security: There are two types of security against the loan.

1. Primary Security : Normally Stock is issued against the loan.

2. Secondary Security : Personal Guaranty,

Cash, Land, Building etc.

 The Genuineness is checked by the lawyer of the Bank.

Time Duration: The fixed time duration for the Cash Credit or Over Draft is 1 Year which is
Renewable after the maturity period by fulfilling the conditions.

Loan Limit: There is no limit of the loan amount. It depends on the-

- Back ground of the borrower,

- Nature of the business,

- Quality of the Management,

- Security value and type

- Relationship with Bank etc.

Term Loan

All things are same to the Cash Credit and Over Draft. Only there is a repayment schedule to
repay the loan including interest. The interest is redeemable Quarterly.
