- Managed several overhauls of regional branch operations which were falling sh
ort of strict company standards which were in danger of losing contracts with Ho
me Depot. This included member of a VP Level SWAT team that was deployed to Reg
ional Branches to analyze office performance and incorporate process changes to
improve office performance and hands - on training of project teams and Sales st

- Led an initiative to develop a plan to re-train/replace associates in the sal
