ead, manage, train, assign and approve promotions for the assigned Department of

ce. I approved promotions for the assigned Department of the Army Civilian work
force. I ensured EEO/EO principles were adhered to throughout the organization.
I acted as the Commanding General's human resources representative for all EEO i
ssues and conflict resolution issues. I represented the Commanding General at Lo
cal National Works Council meetings addressing complex and controversial issues.

(COR) for the 3600 Government of Japan (GOJ) Master Labor Contract employees sup
