* Managed civil engineering services for numerous construction projects ranging
in size from $50K to $35M.
* Designed and reviewed construction plans.

* Led surveying crews in topography and layout responsibilities.
PROJECTS: 1994-1995 UPS Air Cargo Hub, Greater Rockford Airport, Rockford, Illin
ois ($35 Million total construction) Served as the Resident Engineer and liaison
between UPS, FAA, IDA and Airport Authority while overseeing a full time constr
uction layout crew and seven full time inspectors. Work included PCC and bitumi
nous paving, storm and sanitary sewers which included installation of a glycol t
reatment facility and a lift station connected to the city sewer system. Electr
ical upgrades included the installation of 120' light towers and upgrading the e
xisting vault.
2004-2005 UPRR Rochelle Intermodal Hub, Rochelle, Illinois ($125 Million total c
onstruction) Served as the Project Coordinator. Project included mass earthwork
, site drainage system (which included several on-site holding ponds), PCC and b
ituminous paving operations. Provided assistance in tracking quantities and mai
ntaining documentation for erosion control maintenance and all materials incorpo
rated into the project.
2006-2009 ISTHA I-90 Improvements (Rockford to Belvidere, Illinois)
($180 Million total construction) Served as the Project Coordinator. Project in
cluded mass earthwork, grading and drainage improvements, removal and replacemen
t of bridges, IPASS upgrades, new highway barrier system, lighting improvements,
PCC and bituminous paving operations
