Eastern Geosciences, Inc. (December 2007 a" June 2010); Senior Geologist respon

involvement with all aspects of field investigations as well as supervision and
management of staff geologists and engineers, individual and community septic s
ystem design, all aspects of project management, and permitting. Business respo
nsibilities included business unit management, along with client and market deve
lopment.
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (June 1987 a" October 1999); P
rincipal Geologist and Supervising Geologist; engaged in Treatment Works Approva
l and New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting, legislation
and training associated individual septic systems and community on-site wastewat
er treatment and disposal systems. Principal author of chapter 7.9A and 7:14A-7
and 8 of the New Jersey Administrative Code.
