oric Landmark) to accommodate a middle school on three levels and an alternative

d surveys with consultants.

This new 20,000 s.f. Award-Winning public library is located on Main Street in d
owntown Frostburg. The exterior massing and facade is a response to the local an
d regional context of traditional masonry buildings. Project architect, responsi
bilities included single handedly taking project from SD thru bidding including
preparation and coordination of construction documents.

Complete phased modernization and addition of a 220,000s.f. 1950as building to i
nclude a new administrative suite, state-of-the-art auditorium, music wing, gym
and new main entrance to accommodate 1,600 students. Responsibilities included g
eneration and coordination of all new and existing building and wall sections an
d coordination of with client and consultants.

Complete modernization and classroom addition to 1940as school. Project included
adding a science, music classroom wing, multi-level cafetorium for school and c
