ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Catastrophe Duty, frequent travel working with other affiliated
offices and states.
Demonstrate proficiency in first party estimating, investigation,
evaluation and negotiation
*
Handle 1st party personal and commercial line property claims of
moderate complexity as assigned.
Complete field inspection of losses including accurate scope of
damages, photographs, written estimates and/or computer assisted
estimates.
*
Investigate and evaluate all relevant facts to determine coverage,
damages and liability of first-party property damage claims.
*
Establish timely and accurate claim and expense reserves.
*
Negotiate and convey claim settlements within authority limits.
*
Write denial letters, Reservation of Rights and other complex
correspondence.
*
Control damages through proper usage of cost containment tools.
*
Maintain an effective diary system and document claim file
activities in accordance with established procedures.
*
Manage file inventory to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Handle files in compliance with state regulations, where
applicable.
*
Identify and refer claims with MCU exposure to the supervisor.
*
Recognize when to refer claims to Special Investigations Unit and/or
Subro Unit.
*
Perform administrative functions such as expense accounts, time off
reporting, etc. as required
*
Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the insured
, agent and all other internal and external customers
ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
*
All aspects of office management as it relates to the case
administration of over one hundred cases related to commercial,
business, consumer, construction and real estate law as it relates to
contracts, disputes and negotiation.
*
Maintaining cases from initiation to closing, insuring,
organization, maintaining deadlines, scheduling, as well as
maintaining open communication between parties arid attorneys.
Calendaring of due dates and deadlines, notifying and following up
with parties by correspondence and phone communication.

Assist, under the direction of attorney and business professionals
to establish scheduling order and insure they are followed and
completed.
*
Assist in preparation and drafting of briefs, memorandum, motions,
orders and awards with claims of less than $10,000 to over
$10,000,000
*
Maintenance of weekly and monthly case reports, detailing case
status and pending issues.
*
Also assisted to develop and implement specialized case management
system, offering strategies and case management improvements arid
suggestions.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
*
Perform numerous responsibilities relating to the advocating,
community assistance and counseling to disadvantaged children and
their families, as it relates to housing, health, education,
employment, immigration and other pertinent issues dealing with legal
and personal implications.

Interviewing data collection, report and record keeping, advocacy,
collaboration with other community and statewide agencies and
services.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

with numerous tasks relating to accounting procedure, statistical and
report planning and preparation

Account reconciliation, payroll, and collection of data, prepare and
