Over the past 22 years, have acted as an advisor in senior strategic & operation
al management roles related to: General Business, Real Estate Acquisitions, Real
Estate Development, and Finance for Public Home-builders, Developers, Lenders,
Equity Investors and Government agencies. Specializing in Land Acquisitions, La
nd Development, Community Master planning, Utilities, and Infrastructure Dennis
has a demonstrated ability to evaluate challenges and determine the underlying r
oot issues with the ability to isolate potential fatal flaws and subsequently in
itiate, and implement creative solutions.
HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully formed and implemented the first Private Public Partnership (3P) in
Arizona in 2001. Partnering with the Town of Buckeye developed and financed (d
ebt and equity) a 3.6 amillion gallon per daya (mgd) Waste Water Treatment Plant
(WWTP) to serve 18,000 homes and 500 acres of Commercial development. In addit
ion, formed, funded and underwrote multiple Community Facility Districts (CFDas)
in AZ & CA with bonding capacities in excess of $250 million for Infrastructure
development.
Successfully hired, mentored and trained nearly 80 employees over the past 15 ye
ars, and awarded the aTop Guna award for mentoring (Pulte Homes). Less than 1%
of employees achieve this honor annually.
Developed 3 golf courses, and planned the design and development of 4 additional
golf courses. Has planned, entitled and developed 6 master planned communities
. Planned and entitled 8 additional master-planned communities. With a combined
budget of $380 million, Dennis has entitled and developed nearly 15,000 lots to
a contingency of less than 3%.
