* Created a grass roots movement of sustainability within GE by establishing an
Informal Green Team of 10 members and growing.
* Drove a Recycling initiative on campus at GE Lighting, reducing our waste by 3
3%.
* Removed the use of Styrofoam on campus which comprised of 25% of our waste str
eam, replacing Styrofoam products with ceramic mugs and plates or bio-degradable
