Advertising Sales & Marketing Director (2002-2009)
Developed and implemented a marketing plan to reposition the Classifieds publica
tion in the market. Redefine the products image to market it in new ways. Analyz
ed the product, market, distribution channels, strength and weaknesses of our co
mpetition, sales volumes, budget, and the business environment. Also established
key account incentive programs, negotiated strategic agreements with internet c
ompanies, and launched multiple advertising campaigns. Created multi departmenta
l teams to launch different products, managed the call center operation, implem
ented reward and incentive programs for the sales executives, directed, led and
manage the launching of the Classifieds Website for the newspapers, increasing i
