* Wausau Insurance: Analyzed, designed, and implemented the installation of two
IBM high-speed printers in the policy distribution unit. Proposed cost-benefit a
nalysis to executives. Evaluated large-printer options, and with IT and producti
on support, selected IBM. Partnered with IBM and Wausau IT programmers to implem
ent new software in existing software configurations. Refined printer output and
assembly processes, and built in backup procedures for maintenance and high pro
duction times. Outcome generated a 35% decrease in expenses and a 42% increase i
n delivery timelines with improved service-level agreements. Supported imaging i
nitiative.
* Wausau Insurance: Using 5 self-directed production teams, analyzed workflow pr
ocesses into a seamless production process that increased productivity by 30% an
d reduced unit expenses by 28% in two years.
* Wausau Insurance & Church Mutual: Under sales executive direction, created, de
