) based on RFP solicitation requirements; ensure risk mitigation through complia
nce with FAR, CAS, DCAA and solicitation requirements. Assess RFP cost volume r
equirements, provide pricing support for all phases of the proposal process and
translate results into a fully compliant cost proposal.
