dock, 5 miles of 36 inch piping and several structural buildings on government
restricted wetlands.
KULAK INTERNATIONAL INC. Tallil Iraq. 2009 - 2010
Regional HSE/Project Manager - Regional operations involved a multi-client custo
mer base and two separate business units; Labor and services and construction. M
anage the construction of a 60 million dollar airfield expansion project and a 4
0 million dollar Commercial Military Truck Convoy contract along with its Suppor
t Sites. Responsibilities included shipping and receiving, manufacturing, wareho
using, chemical processing and sustainable water. I developed, implemented and m
anaged the HSE program for these operations to function in accordance with the r
egulatory requirements of OSHA the Military, Army Corp of Engineers and several
American Government contracting Companies as per contract requirements.
