NeoStem, an AMEX listed company, is a diverse company with operations in the Uni
ted States and China. In October, 2009 the company completed a merger with China
Biopharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. which resulted in a 51% interest Eyre Pharmace
utical Co. Ltd., a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer. NeoStem is also pioneer
ing advanced therapies using stem cells and the pre-disease collection, process
ing and storage of adult stem cells for future medical treatments.
Responsible for the preparation of all financial statements and filings with the
SEC and responding to inquiries on accounting and financial disclosure matters.
Developed policies and procedures and such documentation to insure the Company
is in compliance with SOX when public compliance is required.
Responsible for developing business plans and strategy.
My major operational accomplishments have been:
Currently implementing reporting systems and procedures to bridge gap between US
GAAP and China GAAP.
Negotiated a license agreement to acquire wound healing technology.
Submitted and received approval for research grant from Department of Defense fo
r the development of advanced therapies using stem cells.
Negotiating equipment leases to purchase lab equipment for stem cell bank.
Negotiated a critical partner relationship with a company that collects platelet
s and stem cells on a national basis to provide stem cell collection facilities
and services for our clients.
Negotiated a marketing contract with a cord blood bank to market our adult stem
cell banking services to its existing client base and to undertake marketing di
rectly to consumers in direct mail and print media.
In 2006, I negotiated the sale of NeoStem, Inc to Phase III Medical, Inc. based
in New York and was retained as the CFO of the Phase III Medical (in August 2006
Phase III Medical changed its name to NeoStem, Inc.)

$30 million, NASDQ listed, product manufacturer for the biotechnology, pharmaceu
tical and medical research industries with seven manufacturing, distribution and
sales operations in the US and Europe. Member of a 10-person executive manageme
nt team leading this business through a "growth through acquisition" initiative
to capture new products and markets. As CFO, totally responsible for all financ
ial functions and IT systems with additional responsibility for label and packag
ing functions, technical services and purchasing.
Negotiated a $20 million line of credit with major banking institution, identifi
ed potential acquisition candidates, led due diligence and closed two acquisitio
ns valued at $16 million. Provided significant operating profits to the company
and no dilution to shareholders.

Assessed manufacturing operations and streamlined processes, which reduced labor
