Quality Assurance Auditor/Analyst Northrop Grumman Fort Irwin Army
Base NTC. QA responsibilities fall under Rotational Support
Operations (RSOI), Vehicle Maintenance Support (EMSD), Supply Depot
(SARRS), Fuel Distribution (POL) and AMMO Storage Facilities
(ASP/FASP). Evaluations through QAR (Quality Actions Report) on
(corrective and preventive measures) for internal and external
customers Quality Assurance job description notes:
Duties: Schedules annual and monthly internal audits, review
contractor Quality System Manual, Quality Plan, and Security Plan
procedures to ISO9001-2008 leading internal audit inspections for
1000 employees and six divisions monitoring guidelines requirements
and corporate policies maintaining rated performance of top 1%
2007/2009. Maintains matrix charts and graphs for over 300 audits,

Bulk/Retail Mobile Fuel Supply Point: Fuel operation consisting of
Rufma (temporary refueling station for rotational support) Base
government Mogas/DSII station, and services of base wide equipment
commitment to NTC and Rotational support of daily operations.

government COR and graphs statistical data by hometown, rotations and
all approved contractors for billing showing supply and demand by

Division Shore Support Services: Quality Assurance Inspector
emphasizing on:
-Verifying blue prints to written contracts matching proper sequence
and equipment enclosures aboard naval ships level 1 equipment repairs.
-Approves manufacturing repairs and or rework.
-Authorization of test, certification of cable, lifelines, winches,
elevators, accommodation ladder, davits, anchor windlass and
hydraulic systems to include and material control level (1)
verification.
-Quality Assurance Management Team Inspector for personnel
certifications, inspection, training and safety. Management of all
documentation, publication, contracted repairs to include military

03/2002 to 10/2004: Kingdom of Bahrain Naval Base Port Operations.
Shift supervisor support of multiple boat operations and pier
control. Tactical Operations Center (TOC) pier control operations

Tactical operations: Pier supervisor for all USA and Foreign ships
pier side. Security patrols entering and existing harbor to 5 or 10
mile marker. Command authority to secure and open pier activities,

10/2001 to 3/2002: Kingdom of Bahrain Naval Base USS Dextrous
(MCM-13) Maintenance Engineering Plant Operator, contract support
assistance, ship board calibration coordinator, 3M trainer and
emergency response team. Supervisor of 20 personnel under Engineering
Officer maintaining Main propulsion and Emergency diesel operating
systems: Responsibilities:
-Reverse Osmosis plant operator, conducts and maintains shipboard
potable water system.
-Steam Recovery plant operator, conducts and maintains shipboard
steam potable water system, water chemical analysis.
-Operation and maintenance of gas turbine power generators and
switchboards.
-Shipboard Fuel and Oil systems, internal and external fuel and oil
transfers, oil analysis program.
-Air compressor operations and maintenance for Low, Medium and High
pressure systems.
-Hydraulic Systems: Towing, Anchor windlass, Steering, and auxiliary
equipment support.
-Naval shipboard calibration coordinator, repair and replacement of
electrical, hydraulic pressure switches, gauges and transducers
(certified).
-Lead Supervisor to Engineering Officer conducting Quality Assurance
inspection and maintenance operations, contracts support, SARRS system
requisition, shipboard training program qualification and
certifications.
10/1986 to 03/2002 Supervisor naval engineering operations: Shore
and shipboard Operations to include:
Shipboard Engineering Plant Operator. Supervisor maintenance
responsibilities: Reverse Osmosis operator, main propulsion gas
