Private general practice law firm with an emphasis on consumer law, criminal def
ense, landlord and tenant law and small business representation. I also reviewed
and updated family trust documents.

NAPA Leasing Company (May 1996 to present)
Family owned commercial property leasing corporation. As general counsel, I prep
are and review leases and all other corporate documents. I also ensure complianc
e with applicable environmental and zoning laws and supervise all real estate tr
ansactions. I serve as the compliance officer for this company.
GENERAL COUNSEL
DavisAir, Inc. (May 1996 to November 2010)
Family owned private air charter and medical evacuation company. As general coun
sel, I advised in all business matters and assisted in the merger of and restruc
turing of the business including the sale of DavisAir in November 2010. I also s
erved as the compliance officer for this company.

Member of the board of directors of a large private air charter and aircraft man
agement company. My duties included participating in board meetings and providin

I performed a variety of legal advisory and transactional services as a solo pra
ctitioner including drafting contracts and business documents for several local
businesses, drafting briefs and motions in District Court and the Court of Appea
ls, and serving as a registered agent. I also performed pro bono work for a loca
l legal aid organization in a variety of areas including landlord tenant issues
and domestic violence.

Dunham Law Firm, P.C. (March 2000 until firm closure in December 2000)
I opened and operated a Texas based personal injury firm representing victims of
automobile accidents. I simultaneously served as attorney and office manager. A
s the representative attorney, I was able to convert almost every prospect into
a client of the firm by marketing the firmas resources. The firm closed the Rale
igh office in December 2000 due to changing business priorities of the main offi
ce.
ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL
Corporate Air Management (December 1996 until relocation in December 1999)
Private air charter, management and medical evacuation service. As Assistant Gen
eral Counsel, I drafted several agreements and contracts for the business and as
sisted in drafting the initial operating agreement for the corporation. I also a
ssisted in drafting an employee handbook for Corporate Air Management.
