LEADERSHIP
*Trained, coached, and mentored the first Afghanistan National Army's Logistics
Battalion in Operation Enduring Freedom; the 500+ soldier battalion was mission
ready ahead of required date.
*I received the Top Repair Shop designator for Hilti; this being due to team coh
esion of the 22 personnel assigned to the shop, working as a team, having no wor
kplace accidents, and continual communication on how to make processes and proce
dures more efficient.
*Spearheaded a preventive maintenance program, at brigade level, which led to an
operation readiness of better than 98% for the task force's equipment.
*Cited by 19th Theater Support Command commanding general for superior planning,
problem solving, and anticipatory skills which contributed to exceptional leade
rship of his support staff.
