2008 to Present AT&T MOBILITY, ATLANTA, GA

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER National Team Project Leader for AT&T
Mobility Provisioning Center (MPC) projects involving engineering,
deployment, configuration and modifications of core network elements:
3G (UMTS) & 2G (GSM) Mobility Switching Centers (MSC), Media Gateways,
Mobile Service Nodes (MSN), Serving GPRS Support Nodes (SGSN) and
Voice Messaging. Directed & delivered "high profile" Gold Standard
Project initiative for the core elements which involved: Senior
Leadership Team, Product Development, Network Planning & Engineering
(NP&E), Advanced Technical Support, Call Routing and 911 Teams.
Projects significantly contributed to AT&T cost savings totaling more
than $60 million in 2009.
PROJECT MANAGER Project Lead for AT&T deployment of National
Dispatch Center (NDC) FORCE a" Field Technician a" Load Balance
System. Successfully managed implementation of work force automation
system for all 28 AT back office: systems integration, order
management, billing, installation; training: customer service, field
technicians and network engineers; implementation; vendor management;
and migration to VoIP network. Produced all project deliverables:
Charter, WBS, SOW, change control, risk management, project and
implementation plans.
2006 to 2007 CINGULAR/AT&T - CONTRACT, ATLANTA, GA
PROJECT MANAGER National Project Leader for deployment of VoIP
National Tandem Network, providing $50 million in annual savings on
IXC and network termination charges. Controlled all aspects of
project including: implementation, SS7, IXC, transport, traffic
migration to VoIP network, SDLC management. Vendor management: SONUS,
ADC, Tellabs, NetScout. Delivered daily briefings for stakeholders and
produced weekly executive status presentations. Successfully completed
the NetScout probe deployment and Cisco GPRS hardening projects.
2004 to 2006 GLENAYRE ELECTRONICS, INC., ATLANTA, GA
PROJECT MANAGER Project lead for implementation of next generation
IP-based messaging platform. VoIP, Video Mail, Web Portal, SMS and
traditional carrier-grade messaging system integration and
installations for major wireless and wire-line customers including:
Alltel, Cox Communications, and Nextel. Core team member for SDLC
projects: VoIP, Web Portal and Video Mail product launches.
2003 to 2004 COX COMMUNICATIONS / ASI - CONTRACT, ATLANTA, GA
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - VOIP Led first successful VoIP product
launch including both technical and market trial team efforts. Leader
of cross functional teams, in developing product requirements,
design, testing, Web Portal, and launch specifications. Managed
contract and implementation activities of trial vendors and SDLC
teams a" Performance Monitoring/Troubleshooting tools. Project
leader for commercial VoIP deployment.
1998 to 2003 LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES, ATLANTA, GA
PROJECT MANAGER/PROGRAM MANAGER, BELLSOUTH CUSTOMER TEAM Project
leader for both: First successful IP Centrex implementation and
market trial. Managed all 1A to 5ESS Switch Conversion projects
regionally. Developed break-through PM deliverables, authored
detailed conversion reference book and network diagram. Project
managed new IP switch products including 7R/E trial. Took over all
Lucent (IN) Intelligent Networking projects for BellSouth customer
and completed SCP upgrades, new eMRS (CSN) deployments and Privacy
Director (SM) Switch Module replacement projects.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANT Provided technical/sales support for Voice
Messaging Group including: RFP and RFI technical responses, customer
requirement specifications (CRS), functional specifications (FS) and
other pertinent technical pre and post-sale support documents,
reports and presentations. Project managed SDLC teams. Worked with
customer in labs on new product testing. Developed Y2K product
testing/certification with BellSouth.
1997 to 1998 MEDIAONE, ATLANTA, GA
PRODUCT MANAGER Product planning and development, market analysis
and pricing strategies for 'Telephony and High Speed Data over Cable'
services. Managed cross-departmental marketing and product development
efforts for both residential and business markets. Produced financial
pricing models for large, complex business proposals involving
carrier network transport.
1994 to 1997 ACOSTA SALES CO., INC., ATLANTA, GA
NETWORKSCOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER Designed, installed and implemented a
30 office, 1400 user LAN/WAN. Saved $200k annually by proposing voice
over frame relay WAN thereby eliminating inter-office toll calls.
Established and managed support staff. Implemented new phone/voice
mail systems, objective tracking system for retail employees,
developed asset inventory database. Provided corporate direction and
strategic IT planning.
1992 to 1993 HBO & COMPANY, ATLANTA, GA

installations. Managed subcontractor activities in cable plant
installations, installed and configured integrated LANs, network
